I LOVE pies! One of my (many) guilty pleasures is having a good piece of pie.
When I was younger, my mother would make this AMAZING apple crumble pie, but I realized how unhealthy it might be. When I started my journey towards organic and healthier eating, I craved an apple pie. What better than making an apple pie that tastes JUST like the one my mother used to make but in a healthier way?
This recipe is vegan, healthy and DELICIOUS. Let me know how it turns out!

Prepare a 7-inch springform pan, line it with parchment paper. Preheat your oven at 350F degrees.
In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients of the crust. Lastly, add your wet ingredients to form a dough. Add the crust to your pan and press it down well to make an even layer. Bake for around 10 minutes.
In another bowl, fold in the filling with the sliced apples and line over your baked crust.
In another bowl, combine all crumble ingredients. When combined, sprinkle an even layer over your apples. Bake for around 50-60 minutes, or until the apples are golden brown. Allow the pie to cool and serve it up! You can add a scoop of organic vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
