
Whenever I feel like I want something quick and healthy for dinner, I like to whip up this organic garlic roasted cauliflower. It's fast, healthy and nutrient-dense.

1 Large Organic Cauliflower Head
¼ cup Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil
6 cloves of Organic Garlic
Organic Cayenne Pepper
Organic Baby Carrots
(optional) Organic Chestnut
2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
2 tbsp Organic Sun-Dried Thyme
1 tbsp Organic Dried Rosemary
2 tbsp Organic Turmeric

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.

Dice the cauliflower into the desired size.
Toss everything together, make sure the cauliflower and carrots are well coated.

Put in the oven for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
