
Sometimes I feel like making something easy, nutritious and delicious!
I like to whip up this easy Organic Brocolli salad. Not only is it fast, but it is also super adjustable. I like to add any extra ingredients I have at home at the time.

Salad
2 cups Organic Broccoli
½ cup Organic Corn
1 cup Organic Cooked Quinoa
½ Organic Onion, Chopped
1 (optional) Roasted Organic Bell Pepper
Dressing
⅓ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Organic Mustard
1 tsp Organic Honey
Himalayan Salt
1 Large Organic Garlic Clove

Simply combine all of the ingredients, and you're done!
