Chicken Breast Burger

Even though this recipe has very simple ingredients, I just love how delicious it is!

Not only is it healthy & organic, but it is also nutritious and fast to prepare. One thing I do believe in is that healthy cooking is always really good and delicious.

For the chicken:
 3 Organic Chicken Breasts
 1 tbsp Pink Himalayan Salt (to preference)
 1 tbsp Black Pepper
 1 tsp Oregano
 1 tsp Cardamom
 1 tsp Red Pepper (to preference)
For the burger:
 3 Organic Burger Buns
 Organic Lettuce (to preference)
 Organic Tomato Slices (to preference)
 Organic Cucumber Slices (to preference)
 Organic Pickle Slices (to preference)
For the sauce:
 3 tbsp Organic Yogurt
 1 tbsp Tahini
 1 tbsp Chili Pepper (Jalapeno)
 0.50 tsp Red Pepper
 Pinch of Dried Mint

For the chicken:

In a bowl, generously add spices to your chicken, make sure to let the chicken marinate in the spices for around a minute

Heat up a non-stick pan on medium heat. When the pan is ready, drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil for that glorious grilled look.

Set chicken of the first side for around a minute, then flip to the other side and repeat.

Remove the chicken when done or cooked to the desired state.

For the burger:

I like to toast my buns! Butter a non-stick pan and put on low-medium heat. Cut up your buns in half and place each half on your buttered pan. Remove when lightly toasted (golden brown color).

Add your sauce to the buns, and place desired vegetables and chicken breast.

TIP: You can grill your vegetables on the same pan you used for the chicken breast for that extra boost of flavor and grilled deliciousness!
