Citrus fruits provide enough amounts of vitamin C which helps the body produce white blood cells that can fight off any infections. You can stock up on vitamin C just by eating citrus fruits like grapefruit, oranges, lemons, kiwis, and clementines. Whatever type of citrus fruit you are particularly fond of. Another cool immunity-boosting hack you can use is squeezing the juices of the citrus fruits straight into your water, then drink it throughout the day. That way, you’ll ensure your body stays hydrated and you get your vitamin C in! Two birds, one stone! Did you know that your body does not naturally produce vitamin C? It doesn’t even store it. This is exactly why you have to be diligent and make sure you keep packing on that vitamin C! You can totally squeeze in some citrus fruits into your meals… Literally! You can squeeze them into your salad dressing, or into the salad itself. Or just have one as a snack! They’re pretty good, especially when in season! You can even grate it and use it as a substitute for rice! Have you thought of that before? It’s easy to incorporate it in a lot of veggie-based dishes too. So, go get yourself some broccoli.

Any virus would think twice before facing the wrath of ginger! You can boil it into some tea or take up some Indian recipes. You can even pair it with lemon for an added effect. The possibilities are endless, you just have to be a little brave when it comes to ginger.

But, other than that, bell peppers sound awesome right now! So, slice some up and put them in a delicious dish. Or just grab one and bite straight in like a savage. It’s okay, we don’t judge.


It’s awesome if you go for immunity-boosting foods to shake it up a bit in the health department. But, there are other things you can do as well to make sure your body is in tip-top shape! Cut back on the smokes – keep your lungs strong! Get some sleep, and quit stressing by throwing your television out of the window. Things will get better. Always keep a positive mindset!
