What is Dukangi Organic?

Dukangi Organic is the HUB of the Organic Community in the GCC. We connect our community members with their favorite Stores, Farms and Supermarkets that produce or sell organic foods and products through our technology. With literally a few clicks from our Platform, you will be able to place your order, and you can also check prices and availability.

The result? More time to enjoy doing what you love and make a difference in the world. Dukangi Organic is available for FREE on iOS & Android.

What does Dukangi Organic do?

Once your order is submitted through our technology, your favorite Store, Farm, and supermarket from which you place your order will automatically receive your request and start preparing the order for delivery. Using a separate technology integrated with ours, the delivery team will organize with the Store, Farm, or Supermarket to ensure you receive your order within less than an hour.

Why should I use Dukangi Organic and not any other solution?

Dukangi Organic is the HUB that caters to the Organic Community in the GCC, not only with learning, education, and coaching to transform the lives of many but also through its technology that helps to bring all the stakeholders into a single platform so that you don’t need to go through the hassle of finding your organic products as you chose to walk the healthy lifestyle route. Besides, by using Dukangi Organic mobile app technology, you can view pictures of the products and check their availability or even pricing. You can order/pay to self-pickup and use the order history to repeat an order or create your weekly/monthly organic shopping list.

Locate the nearby and featured stores, supermarkets, and farms on the map using our technology.

Flag your favorite organic items by clicking the heart (LIKE) button, and these specific items will automatically move under the Favorite List, so you don’t have to look them up again.

Does Dukangi Organic accept CASH or CARDS?

We support online payment options for Debit Card/Credit Card as well as CASH on delivery.

Can I buy organic products and non-organic items from Dukangi Organic?

The virtual stores/farms registered on our Platform are open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week to receive orders of organic items only. And buying any products/items happens directly with the store/farm through the Dukangi Organic Technology.

How do I place my order on Dukangi Organic?

Start your experience by creating an account or logging in using your Facebook or Google Account. You can also navigate without an account until the checkout final purchasing phase. Your personal information is treated confidentially, and for more information, please read our privacy policy.

Select your store, farm, or supermarket from which you’d like to order and click in to select your chosen organic product. Add those items directly to your cart and proceed to checkout.

It is always recommended to complete your profile and enter your address before proceeding with your first order.  Enter your delivery time and instructions and then hit “Place Order.”

Your order will then be placed and automatically routed to the store, farm, or supermarket immediately. Under “My Orders,” you will be able to check your “Pending Orders” continuously, “Confirmed Orders,” “Delivered Orders,” and “Rejected Orders.”

For our first-time users, we might call your mobile number for confirmation.

Can I use Dukangi Organic to place an order and pick it up by myself?

Absolutely! Most of our stores, farms, and supermarkets allow Dukangi Organic Community Members to place an order in advance and choose Pickup or Delivery, i.e., place an order as you enjoy spending time with your loved ones at the mall or restaurant, and then pick up your order on the way.

Can I register more than one address?

You can add your favorite address to your profile and still get the chance to update or change the address for each order depending on your need. You would also easily locate your address location on the map as you complete setting up your Dukangi Organic profile.

How much will it cost me to use Dukangi Organic?

The only extra charge that might be applied is a delivery fee that will reflect when you place your order using the Dukangi Organic technology.

Is there a minimum order?

Depending on your location and Store, Farms, or Supermarket choice, the minimum order may differ from shop to shop.

Do you have 24/7 delivery?

The ability to deliver on a 24/7 basis depends on the Store, Farm, or Supermarket. In some areas, our partners may be available around the clock, and we will deliver to your doorstep.

When will I receive my order?

At Dukangi Organic, we do our best to deliver within the promised time. Depending on your Store, Farm, or Supermarket location and ability, the delivery times may vary from shop to shop. When you submit an order, you will see the estimated delivery time under each item’s description.

What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?

Our goal is to create a space for the organic community to find the available organic items. We try to work closely with our partners’ Stores, Farms, or Supermarkets to keep flagging items out of stock to see that as you place your order. Unfortunately, given the nature of the business and our reliance on an unpredictable value chain beyond our control, some items may be out of stock and not flagged for you. To handle the complex dynamics, we have developed a replacement process for you to choose the replaced products yourself and minimize unpleasant surprises at your doorstep. We or the Store, Farm, or Supermarket will call you immediately, and you will have a limited amount of time to make your choice. Please take into consideration that the overall price will also be updated accordingly. In case you do not respond to the replacement request, we will make a reasonable effort to contact you before dispatching the order to agree on the replaced item. If we cannot reach you, that product will be removed from the order, and its price will be deducted from the overall amount.

What if I don’t receive my order on time?

At Dukangi Organic, we do our utmost to deliver within the promised time. However, a delay may occur due to a high amount of orders or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Dukangi Organic will notify you by a phone call from our customer support team, who will inform you about your order’s status.

What happens if I am not home at the time of the delivery?

If no one is at home during the agreed delivery time, we will do our best to contact you and reschedule the delivery at another preferred time. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be canceled.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

When an order is already placed, changing the delivery address is not possible. In the event that you have made a mistake and the address stated is not correct, you can contact us immediately.

Can I repeat a past order?

Yes, go to the order history, tap on the order you’d like to repeat, and choose to reorder; from there, you will be able to add all items to the cart, edit the order as you wish, and submit it.

How long will Organic Fresh Fruits & Vegetables last in the fridge after it is harvested?

Typically, up to one week and sometimes longer, depending on the item and storage method. Organic Fresh Fruits & Vegetables will last longer if stored separately in different parts of the fridge to avoid ripening too fast.
